Is this the right team for my kid?

If your son loves the game of Baseball and wants a place to showcase his skills, then this is the right place for you.

Is there a chance my kid won't like your team?

Yes. If your son doesn't really have a passion for baseball, or if their just out there because a parent wants them to get "some excersise" or to play "a sport", our team will not be fun for them. If your looking for an entry level program, we will be happy to supply you with phone numbers where your child can join a more appropriate team. Top10Baseball, along with the San Francisco Police Athletic League and the Park and Recreation Department are committed to finding a team for all kids. You can reach SF PAL at 415-831-6303 or the Park and Recreation Department at 415-401-4666

How are your teams different?

We play hard and we practice harder. Also, we are only interested in highly motivated kids. Most teams we've seen have 3 or 4 highly motivated players and the rest are just there because they need something to do between basketball and soccer season. We have a very heavy workload and practice schedule. Every kid on your child's team will be there to work hard and get better. We use a Jug's Jr pitching machine to sharpen batting skills and a BaseBall Gun to improve outfielder play

How much does it cost to play on your teams?

There is no fee to be part of this team but your son will need a batting helmet, Glove, plain white baseball pants, cleats and athletic cup. We will let you know which jersey to buy.

When are practices?

During Summer we will practice twice a month on Sunday mornings for 2 hours. Our regular season practice will be for 2 hours weekly on Fridays.

My child plays for his school team, can he still play for Top10Baseball?

Yes, As long as you commit to playing for us whenever it does not interfere with your school team. For that reason, we will not accept more than a few players from any 1 school that has their own team. Please be prepared to possibly play 2 games per day, one for your school and then for us.

Can I help coach?

We're open to parental help. Please understand that there is a substantial time commitment and all coaches must have a Positive Coaching Alliance Certificate and be fingerprinted by the San Francisco Police Dept. If your interested please let me know.

How Do we sign up?

Call me at 415-515-1986. or go to the New Player Information Page . We will let you know when and where our next Sunday workout will take place. Your welcome to join us and determine if our team is right for your child.
